 I have used Kingsley Shipping Services since he started out and have not had any problem with the company both here in England and in Jamaica. I agree with GRUS463927 that youmust treat people how you woulld like them to treat you. It is obvious that Hanna08 had an attitude and when she could not get her way she spat her dummy out and started to stamp like a spoilt child. 
Kingsley shipping is the only shipping company i have used and have no disapointment when my goods arrive in Jamaica. My mother has shipped with other companies and her goods arrived if not missing but damaged. 
Well done Kingsley Shipping keep up the good works.

 

I have used this company for at least five years now and perhaps six or so times last time was June 2010 and looking forward to use them this year again, an fortunately for me, I was well spoken to as a matter of fact I used to use a company in New cross and pay for home delivery and was told that we have to get JP to sign the form first, and we just decide it was too much hassle, and collect it ourselves, that was money down the drain, my uncle used Kingsley july 2010, and have many praises for the company, he had his barrel delivered at his address as paid for, I will not use anyone else apart from this company, unless I have a very bad experience. Dealing with Black people is not easy, and I think sometimes because we know that customers are always right, people abuse their rights.

I think if we all learn to approach people in a certain manner then the world would be a better place. Kingsley is true to their word, if they give you a time to collect, expect them to be there on time, hooray, I hate people being late, I do not believe in BMT, the gentlemen that collect the barrel are very courteous and polite, well done Kingsley, and do not let me down now.
